Delivery

Provided the item is in stock, orders generally ship the same day via local courier in Australia or via FedEx for international orders.

Laserex keeps adequate stock of components on hand as well as completed units allowing for speedy delivery of goods to its valued customers, wherever they may be.

The turnaround from order placement to receipt of goods is generally 3-5 days.  Orders in Australia are usually delivered the next day!

Address

Laserex only ships to street addresses.  Freight companies do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Our orders typically require a signature upon receipt of delivery.  This applies to local and international orders.

2 Year Warranty

The VetLaser 3000 is covered by a 2 year (24 month) warranty from date of receipt of the goods by the customer.  Our laser therapy units are designed and manufactured to perform within the specifications required in terms of output powers and Laser Safety Class.

Laserex is an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assured Company.

The warranty covers all parts and labor and shipping for the 2 year period, provided of course that the unit was not misused, intenionally damaged or manhandled during that period.

Laserex will not be liable fro any consequential loss of inconvenience caused by the failure of its products.

Repairs

In the unlikely event that the VetLaser 3000  fails within the terms of the warranty period, shipping and repairs will be performed by Laserex at no charge.
